Progress within the firm is dependent upon personal performance with annual reviews taking place. As the employee’s career progresses within the firm, so the employee will gain work experience in different industries and an array of frontier & emerging market economies.

Our graduate trainee programme allows young people to become involved in our organisation and whilst at our company they are assigned to a specific project and are mentored by a Manager.
